Membership of UNIDROIT is 
restricted to 60 states which tane signed up to the UNIDROIT statute.
The basic objective of UNIDROIT is to prepare modern harmonized and
uniform rules of private international law. Sometimes it move into
public international law, especially where the laws are very complicated
and interlined it has 3 tier structure.
